Learn to sit on your chair properly

I was asked a little while ago to teach a yoga class with a chair- I have taught a few classes with a chair but it’s not something I do often. Why use a chair? You can learn to sit properly to optimise your core, resist tightness and tension in your neck and shoulders when you sit at your desk (of which we do a lot!), and you can also do some killer leg, core and arm moves as well. Here’s a short video from my yoga studio in Alligator Creek, Townsville to show you some movements you can do at home and at the office (if you are game!) to help improve fitness, strength and flexibility.
