Yoga to energise the Body

Ever get out of bed feeling like you were hit by a bus??? I have, especially on some particularly sleep deprived nights with Ollie! How do I cope? Yoga of course, I reckon it has saved me many a time. In the below video I share some simple movements that gets the energy flowing throughout the body, combined with some simple breathing techniques that will uplift and refresh you- and help you get through the day without (or perhaps less!) coffee.
