Sarah Jorgensen is a wife, mumma and Yoga Teacher. She has been a student of yoga for over twelve years, before completing teacher training through My Health Yoga in 2011.
Sarah has a total of 350 recognised hours of teacher training in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and Core Yoga. Sarah is also Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga trained. Sarah has studied with many different teachers over the years to develop her own personal style that is influenced by Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. Sarah’s style of teaching is a fluid movement of breath, movement and core strength that is anatomically optimised.
Sarah lives and breathes yoga, and attributes the practice to helping her to keep balanced and healthy inside and out.
Sarah has a real and practical understanding of how yoga can assist everyone at any stage of their life- from women during pregnancy and parenthood; older students who have movement, strength and flexibility issues; students who lead busy and stressful lives and enjoy the focussed energy (through breath) that Sarah’s classes provide. All students report an increase in flexibility, strength and calmness in their lives. With Sarah’s relaxed and fun approach to teaching, each class is guaranteed to be a different and enjoyable experience!
